Heiße Ecke Imbiss

A cult institution at Hamburg's Reeperbahn and probably the only currywurst stand in the world that had its own Musical.

When visiting a Hamburg, a stop at the Heiße Ecke is a MUST. A snack with tradition and hot spot on the Spielbudenplatz at the level of the Davidwache, whose curry sausage fully reflects the heart of the city. As a true institution of Hamburg, even a successful musical was named after this snack bar, which became a German musical hit in 2003 under the title "Heiße Ecke 24" and is still very popular today as "Heiße Ecke - Das St. Pauli Musical". The visitor experiences in Schmidt's TIVOLI "in the truest sense of the word" the taste of St. Pauli. With its curry sausage specialities, the "Heiße Ecke" snack bar has meanwhile cooked its way into the hearts of its guests.
