The historic boiler house in the Speicherstadt no longer houses the HafenCity GmbH information center and city model. The HafenCity Info Center has moved.

The new Kesselhaus is a must-visit destination: rotating exhibitions of contemporary art, cultural events, and a café & deli invite visitors to linger.

The Kesselhaus Café, where guests can also play a selection of board and card games, always offers special delicacies. For events, the café is open until 10 p.m.

The Kesselhaus foyer also houses the information point for Hamburg’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, “Speicherstadt and Kontorhaus District with Chilehaus.” Here, visitors can learn about the history and significance of the World Heritage Site free of charge and tour the exhibition.
