Pride Week events around the CSD in Hamburg - Our overview

Events for queers and friends take place in Hamburg all year round. Numerous queer events take place for a week around the CSD on 4th August. The annual street festival, talks and discussions and, of course, parties. At these events you can get information, exchange ideas and celebrate together. Pride stands for tolerance, pride and self-confidence - and thus goes against exclusion, criminalisation and stigmatisation. It's about taking a stand and celebrating diversity together.

Harbour Pride: Gay Party at Harbour's Birthday

A top-class queer event is taking place in Hamburg for the harbour birthday. The whole weekend will be celebrated on the stage at the fish auction hall with a queer entertainment programme, gastronomy and information. The spectacular fireworks display in the evening is the highlight of the event.

City Festival St. Georg

District culture, culinary highlights, fun for younger guests and a colourful stage programme in Lange Reihe are on the agenda: whether district choirs or up-and-coming bands - the schedule will once again be packed with a wide variety of musical performances. But there is even more to discover on the festival weekend: a family area at the end of Lange Reihe/corner of Schmilinskystraße will be home to everything a child's heart desires. Pride Night

With Pride Night, Hamburg kicks off Pride Week: a vibrant mix of culture, entertainment, and political statement. On the stage of the international cultural venue Kampnagel, you can look forward to concerts, performances, and inspiring talks. The evening’s grand finale is the festive presentation of the Pride Awards, honoring queer commitment and creating visibility. Afterwards, the celebration flows seamlessly into the Pride Night Party – the perfect start to a colorful week full of encounters.
