Gaumenganoven

The Gaumenganoven have quartered themselves in the Ottensen Zeisehallen until further notice. Their special culinary coup: “Dinger”.

“Dinger” - roughly, “things” - are dough balls fried in a special Asian pan, served with salad and accompanied by fine toppings. The specially developed symbiosis of Japanese takoyaki and Dutch poffertjes are available with different fillings from the fish, meat and vegetable worlds; all ingredients come from the region shopping and are prepared with love for the final result. Pro portion you get six “dinger” - a well-spent eight euros that will leave you satiated.
