But their love is threatened when the wealthy Duke of Monroth appears. He wants to save the debt-ridden Moulin Rouge – and has clear demands in return.

Together with club owner Harold Zidler and the dazzling bohemians of Paris – including the artist Toulouse-Lautrec and the fiery dancer Santiago – Christian does everything he can to preserve the Moulin Rouge and fight for his love. Between jealousy and hope, a race against time begins.

The Theater am Großmarkt is part of the listed building of the Grossmarkthalle and is located on the waterfront of the upper harbor east of HafenCity. By public transport (ÖPNV / HVV) With the S3/S31 line and the bus line 3 you can reach the Theatre.
By car (A1 from the south) From the A1 take the A255 towards Hamburg-Centrum. Turn right after the Elbe bridges onto Billhorner Röhrendamm in the direction of Hafencity. Follow this road until Bankusstraße, turn right there.
By car (A1 from the west) entry via Theater Tor West via HafenCity or via Amsinckstraße to Theater Tor Nord.
Parking Paid parking on site (flat rate 10.00 € in cash) for both performances. Parking spaces are limited. We recommend an early arrival.
