The Waldmühle Library offers a Christmas picture book cinema as part of its event program for the youngest library visitors.
The picture book shown is "The Bear Family Waits for Santa Claus" by David Bedford. The plot: The little bear is very excited. What if Santa Claus gets stuck in the chimney or can't come at all because he's too busy? Mom and Papa Bear try to calm him down, but he still can't fall asleep. Suddenly, he hears a noise in the living room...
Children ages 3 and older are invited. As the number of visitors is limited, advance registration is requested by email to bibliothek@stadt-soltau.de, in person at the Waldmühle Library, or by phone at +49 5191 5005.
