Swamidemy - Alternative rock with a British sound and post-punk influences
With their project Swamidemy, the band around frontman Demys Schneider presents a sound that is equally influenced by British musical tradition and modern styles. Inspired by giants like the Beatles, Joy Division, Pink Floyd, and Wolf Alice, the band combines elements of post-punk and indie rock with a clear, distinctive style. Swamidemy's songs are characterized by clear melodies, striking guitar riffs, and an expressive voice. The trio consists of: Sabine on vocals and guitar (including Dark Horse), Carsten on drums (including Emils, Rastaknast, Gottkaiser) and Silvie on bass (including Gottkaiser).
Since 2021, Bullshit Boy has been touring Germany, playing gigs at clubs such as Molotow, Hafenklang (supporting the Ramonas), and Indra. His debut EP, "Bullshit Boy," was released in 2021 on colored tape and vinyl, and in the summer of 2023, he returned to the studio to record a full-length album.

For apnoe, making music is an escape from a world that takes your breath away. For better or for worse! They don't like black-and-white thinking. True life is duality. Everything has its downsides. At the same time, even the worst suffering can offer something of value. So, escaping through music can be escapism, but it can also be therapy: a dive into oneself and an exploration of one's own emotions. These are also the recurring themes in apnoe's work: the pursuit of happiness, the causes of suffering, and the attempt to resolve them.

In July 2019, bandleader, multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer Dennis, armed with numerous songs, set out to find fellow musicians who shared his belief in the apnoe project. Guitarist Tim joined the band in early 2020, followed by drummer Andi in June 2021, and bassist Jannik at the end of 2021. In this lineup, the band recorded their debut album, "Die Reise und das Ziel" (The Journey and the Destination), in the summer of 2022. The first video single, "Worte" (Words), followed at the end of 2023, and the second single, "Verzicht" (Renunciation), in January 2024. On March 1st, the band had double cause for celebration: the release of their third video single, "Vertrauen" (Trust), and the band...
They played their first concert in Bremen. On March 30, 2024, their first concert in Hamburg finally followed at Freundlich & Kompetent. The single "Sterne greifen" was released on April 5th, followed by the video single "Zeitverschwendung" and the debut album "Die Reise und das Zi..." on May 10th.
