With the onset of autumn, mushroom-hunting season begins again in the Suderburg region. From September 18th to November 2nd, mushroom-hunting tours take place every Thursday and Saturday with mushroom guide Martina Borchardt. Every mushroom hike is a special experience. You'll explore the forests and fields around Hösseringen and Suderburg and learn a lot of interesting things about mushrooms along the way. Poisonous or not? Edible, a delicacy, or extremely rare and special? Together, you'll identify the mushrooms you find, and only the "good" ones will make it into your basket.
