Biologist, author, and journalist Lothar Frenz meets Graciana Petersen, a mathematician and, until the beginning of the year, head of strategy at a large industrial company. In his latest book, "Who Will Survive?", Frenz addresses the pressing existential question facing humanity in light of the loss of biodiversity: Will we achieve the necessary change? In conversation with Graciana Petersen, an expert on industrial transformation, they discuss whether the economy can contribute to this, could even serve as a model, or whether it is precisely this industry that is the determining factor in the existential threat.
