The NaJe Festival 2026 – Culture Mix Music is a three-day, non-commercial, intercultural festival taking place along the River Elbe. From June 19 to 21, 2026, Entenwerder Park will become a vibrant space for music, culture, education, dialogue and community connection.

Organized by the non-profit organization NaJe e.V., the festival promotes cultural diversity, social cohesion, equal opportunities and civic participation, with a special focus on the African diaspora and people with migration backgrounds.

The NaJe Festival is a community-based, low-threshold and public-benefit project, developed and implemented together with local initiatives, associations, migrant organizations, businesses and engaged individuals in Hamburg-Rothenburgsort and surrounding neighborhoods.

We are actively seeking partners, sponsors and supporters who wish to:

- promote cultural diversity and inclusion

- strengthen social cohesion and participation

- support local and migrant-led initiatives

- engage sustainably and visibly in the community

Partnerships are possible in various forms, including corporate partnerships, institutional funding, media partnerships and program collaborations.

Program Highlights:

Under the theme “Culture Mix Music”, the festival offers a diverse and interdisciplinary program:

- Live concerts & DJ sessions (African music & world music)

- Exhibitions of contemporary African art, design and craftsmanship

- Workshops on migration, education and culture

- Marketplace of Opportunities featuring social, cultural and development initiatives

- Programs for children and families

- Career guidance & job coaching (employment, training, orientation)

- Political panel discussions with local democratic representatives to strengthen civic education and participation

Sustainable, solidarity-based & volunteer-driven:

Sustainability is a core guiding principle—both in content and organization.

A large part of the festival is made possible through volunteer engagement from the local community and participating cultural groups, fostering ownership, responsibility and long-term impact.

The NaJe Festival is strictly non-profit.

All revenues and donations are used exclusively to cover project costs and to sustainably develop NaJe e.V.’s cultural, social and educational work.
