Every first Saturday of the month, long sauna nights take place in the sauna area of the Sole-Therme Otterndorf.
On these Saturdays, the sauna area is open until 1 a.m. and between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. there is the possibility of nude swimming in the bathing area (not in December).
A visit to the sauna area is more than just a relaxing break—it's a treat for body and soul. As soon as you enter the sauna area, the atmospheric atmosphere invites you to relax, and in the individual sweat rooms, as the saunas are actually called, the pleasant warmth envelops you, intensifying the feeling of relaxation.
The elevated temperature gives the skin a fresh glow. The intense heat also stimulates the circulation and improves blood flow. Muscles relax, and tensions are released. A sauna visit acts like a balm for tired muscles and stressed nerves and is also a time-out for the soul. The tranquility of the sauna, interrupted only by the gentle hissing of the infusion, allows you to leave everyday life behind. The mind becomes clear, the stress of the day melts away.
And to relax in a pleasant atmosphere without any time pressure, the long sauna nights are back, allowing you to enjoy the sauna until 1 a.m. Thus, the sauna area of the Otterndorf Sole-Therme spa will once again become a place where body and mind are in harmony (without any time pressure) and where you can recharge your batteries – a soothing experience that lingers long and can be complemented by culinary delights in the bistro until 11:30 p.m.
