Every first Saturday of the month, long sauna nights take place in the sauna area of the Sole-Therme Otterndorf.
On these Saturdays, the sauna area is open until 1 a.m. and between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. there is the possibility of nude swimming in the bathing area (not in December).

And to relax in a pleasant atmosphere without any time pressure, the long sauna nights are back, allowing you to enjoy the sauna until 1 a.m. Thus, the sauna area of the Otterndorf Sole-Therme spa will once again become a place where body and mind are in harmony (without any time pressure) and where you can recharge your batteries – a soothing experience that lingers long and can be complemented by culinary delights in the bistro until 11:30 p.m.
