This beautiful bike tour takes you to outdoor filming locations and settings of the famous telenovela "Rote Rosen" that are not directly in the city center.

The tour starts at the town hall. As we cycle through Lüneburg's surroundings, we'll take in the western part of the old town, explore the area around the water tower, and pass the theater where "Der Rosenkavalier" was performed. We continue through the spa gardens and past the hospital to the Albers nursery. Our final destination is the idyllic Ilmenau River, a frequent backdrop for romantic scenes. Afterwards, you can relax in a beer garden on the riverbank with coffee and cake before making your own way back (approximately 1 km to the city center).
Bicycles are not included; you can rent them at the train station or use the Lüneburg city bike-sharing service. Further information can be found at https://stadtradlueneburg.de/.
