At Elbjazz, the Hamburg harbor provides the backdrop for a unique musical event: Since 2010, thousands of visitors have been thrilled by one of Europe's largest jazz festivals, where the Hanseatic city's unmistakable maritime flair meets spectacular venues and musical diversity. In addition to the Elbphilharmonie, the numerous concerts of the two-day festival take place at various locations north and south of the Elbe. Elbjazz is an international festival that has been held in the Hamburg harbor and Hamburg's HafenCity since 2010.
