After his acclaimed solo concerts, Asaf Avidan returns with a tour for which he not only brings his full band, but also a new album. Known for his unique, moving voice, his poetic lyrics and his now almost mythical stage presence, Avidan is putting his intimate shows on hold and touring with a band for the first time in three years.
Avidan refuses to use computers, auto-tuners and playbacks, both in the studio and on stage. As a result, his albums are analogue acoustic treats and his concerts are genuine live experiences from one of the best artists of his generation, who seemingly effortlessly combines folk, jazz, blues, rock, pop and even rap into a completely unique sound cosmos of his own.
The new show promises a wide range of different musical genres and a theatrical stage design that provides the perfect setting for songs from all creative periods of his celebrated repertoire and also gives him the opportunity to present his new album live.
