For ten years, the Érard Society has been dedicated to preserving the great tradition of piano and chamber music—inspired by the legendary sound of historic Érard grand pianos and driven by the idea of keeping musical heritage alive and relevant today. This special anniversary will be celebrated with an extraordinary Érard Night at the Elbphilharmonie.

International soloists will present a multifaceted concert evening that brings the sound worlds of the 19th and early 20th centuries to life in all their facets. Works by Johannes Brahms, Frédéric Chopin, Richard Strauss and Franz Liszt will unfold in top-class interpretations – from intimate lieder to virtuoso piano works and passionate chamber music.

Once again, the Érard Society demonstrates its programmatic signature: artistic excellence, stylistic diversity, and a dialogue between tradition and modernity.

The evening culminates with Maurice Ravel’s colorful piano trio, a masterpiece of impressionistic sophistication, rhythmic energy, and poetic depth – a festive finale to a concert night dedicated to music, encounters, and anniversary celebrations.
